The value of dedicated expertise

The Commonwealth Fund declared that the NHS was the most impressive healthcare system in comparison with those of 10 other countries (Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Sweden, Switzerland and the US) in 2014.1

The NHS employs more than 1.5 million people, putting it in the top five of the world’s largest workforces.1 However, the global demand for the skills and expertise of nurses and caregivers is growing2 and despite working longer than recommended hours, it is getting more difficult for NHS staff to provide safe and high quality care because of demand pressures.3

At Arjo, we believe in utilising the expertise of our people to support caregivers in doing what they do best, caring for their patients and residents. If you have a query or issue regarding your products, whether they be from Arjo or from 3rd party manufacturers, we endeavour to assist you in the most efficient manner possible.

Trained technicians can be sent out with guaranteed response times depending on individual contracts, and all carry the most commonly required parts in their vans to increase first time fix rates. If they do not have the necessary parts with them, we have computerised stock systems which can identify exactly where the nearest required part is, allowing us to get your equipment back up and running in the shortest time possible.

If your query can be solved over the phone, we have a dedicated Technical Support team, each of whom have an average of 15 years’ experience of working with Arjo and 3rd party products. They provide phone and email support for technical issues and have access to a continuously-updated database of part numbers, to ensure you are not left waiting to find out which part you may require for your equipment.
